The Application Management Team supports the client in his daily tasks. The client decides what service he wants to receive from Application Management.
The main tasks of the Application Management Team are:
- Helpdesk Support and Duties
- Release and Change Management
- Proactive Support Services
- Training of the Xkyte Software Suite Tools and documentation thereof
Along the daily support activities the Application Management is involved in the implementation of client projects. In this way our support members are educated in the future development of the Xkyte system and related components.
In connection with our external partners we can also offer a hosting solution. The client decides which model he wants to receive and also through which external partner.
